I love this place, the item selection is great. I just feel their prices get higher and higher compared to another major Asian store in the area. I also wish their fish department was a bit more accommodating to client's requests. I want to get frozen fish from the freezer (insures more freshness than displayed fish) employee there refuses to cut fish head just because "it's frozen"... I know their clever can cut that with no problem, because they have done it before.

I was extremely annoyed by this lady's service. She remained completely silent at the counter – I initially thought she might have a disability! Later I realised she simply refused to speak to customers. When we asked if we could have a bag, she ignored us entirely, merely tossing one at us in an offensive manner. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. The lady at counter 8! A word of caution to all: please check the dates on your purchased goods carefully. I previously bought some bread from this shop that was decidedly stale, yet they had simply slapped on a new production date.

Got store credit for just shopping there. Used the credit at their bakery and bought yummy goods. I understand the staff there are mostly older people but their customer service lacks compassion and friendliness. As a non Asian person i already feel intimidated shopping for things there due to lack of language on my part but when I get the courage to ask any questions I am always treated like im bothering them and they respond in a angry manner. Other than that I love shopping here.

I absolutely love shopping here. There are an abundance of choices for every style of Asian cooking here. The volume of choices for any item is mind blowing. Practically half an entire isle of kimchee, as an example. Fresh seafood. Even tanks of live seafood to choose. Hot deli items. Dim sum. A variety of Chinese selections. And my favorite, roast duck and crispy pork. There is a bakery with decadent choices. A tea vendor. Great fresh produce. This is a place that has to be experienced.
